Many of our products are handmade, laser-cut, laser-engraved, or personalized.
Due to the nature of materials such as wood, slate, and other natural surfaces, variations in grain, colour, texture, and engraving appearance may occur.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photographs, descriptions, colours, and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur.
3. Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, dates, photographs, spelling, messages, and design instructions.
Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.
We may contact customers to clarify incomplete or unclear instructions.
Once production has begun, personalized orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website, generally Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

If a pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding where required.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns.

8. Customer-Supplied Images and Designs
By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you own the materials or have permission to use them for the requested purpose.

Customers must not submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
